Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF) excluding VAT. Where VAT is due it is added to the price at checkout: Swedish VAT at 25% for customers in Sweden, and the VAT rate of the destination country for consumers elsewhere in the EU. Businesses in another EU country with a valid VAT number pay no VAT (reverse charge). Sales outside the EU are exports without Swedish VAT; any import duties and taxes are payable by the buyer. An agreement is formed when we confirm your order by email. Payment is due before dispatch, by the payment methods offered at checkout. We ship from Sweden and give an estimated delivery time at order confirmation.
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Tell us by email, then return the goods within 14 days of your notice. We refund the full price, including standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the goods back or your proof of return. Return postage is paid by you. You are only liable for diminished value of the goods beyond normal inspection — test the product as you would in a shop.
You have the statutory three-year right of complaint (konsumentköplagen). Contact us and we will arrange repair, replacement, or refund as applicable.
Latin Computer Systems AB is the data controller. We process the details you give when ordering — name, address, email, phone number, and payment references — to fulfil your order, provide support, and meet our bookkeeping obligations (legal basis: contract and legal obligation). Accounting records are kept for seven years as required by law. Payment details are handled by the payment provider you choose; we do not store card numbers. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by email, and you may complain to Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).
Please contact us first — we want to solve any problem directly. If we cannot agree, you may turn to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN). Swedish law applies, without limiting the mandatory consumer protections of your home country within the EU/EEA.
